Hello,
I'm having problem with emails. Whenever the clients orders from my website, they recieve an email from Shopify generated email address instead of mine. I think I have set up all the perimeters correctly. What could be the issue for this? i have contacted my domain provider and they said it's an issue with my email provied, which is Zoho Mail. I have also contacted them and they said it's an issue in Shopify. What do I do?

It sounds frustrating to deal with email issues! To better assist you, could you please let me know what kind of email your customers are receiving? Are they getting notifications from a specific Shopify-generated email address?
It's possible that these emails are built-in notifications from Shopify. Some of these can be disabled in your Shopify admin under Settings > Notifications.
If you could check there and let me know, I can guide you on the next steps to ensure your customers receive emails from your preferred address.

Yes! And also the Shipping confirmation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to disable these two Shopify notification emails. As a workaround, I recommend customizing the content to better align with your preferences.

So if I understand correctly, these email notifications are impossible to be sent from my custom email address?

Well the thing is I do have my email set in this section and I also have the DMARC set in my Zone settings and the client is still getting the Shopify generated emails...
Which domain provider are you using? And would you mind sharing a screenshot of the DNS settings?
