Shopify has been holding our money from sales since July 2024

Long story short- we’ve not been able to actually access our funds for over 7 months now. There’s over $700+ of delivered product that we have made, sold, and shipped- that we STILL have no direct access to.  We continuously get the run around with no one giving us any direct true help or even pointing us in the right direction. This is our last hope to receive some help from an actual human being- please someone help us get to our money that we rightfully deserve. This should not be as complicated as it has been. This only scares us from doing any more potential business on this platform. We've been told a dozen times through Shopify chat support that our situation has been "escalated to a team" and we would receive an email with updates. its been over half a year and we have not been reached out to once.

Yes i believe that Shopify is on the brink of bankruptcy and that is why they have terminated all customer service options except the useless chat.  They also seem to be holding people's money hostage and terminating accounts so they can use that money in the background without you knowing it.   This is why we have decided not to launch our new store and move it to another platform.   We cant risk doing business with Shopify.
