Our lack of traffic and corresponding no sales today is setting off alarm bells across our company. Down detector suggests we are not alone and the help page for contacting support gives a 504 error for all in our company that try to access it regardless of browser or location. However, Shopify Status - Check Shopify Server Status claims everything is okay when clearly it is not.

Agree.  I have a chargeback dispute and nowhere to go. It's very frustrating.

I too am receiving the same page as I try to get help with a different issue but just as serious regarding marketing emails.

Hi, 

 

I am trying to get help on my shopify billing and the help is not working at all. 

 

I get a 504 Error when I try and get help. Is there any way for me to contact Shopify. This is getting pretty annoying. They erronously billed me and now the help site doesnt work.

 

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

It's definitely down. Can't get into the help center, my POS system in-store is down, and I can't take payments. What a bummer.

Jammic, that is why I need them, too.  I wonder if it has to do with the recent update rollout to Summer '24?
