Hi. I´ve been trowned out from Shopify help center for 2 weeks now which started contemporary to Shopify asking me to varify my papers as a company, in turn on paus due to the Swedish State accounting time. Yet I am paying monthly to Shopify and wonder if it is plausible that I cannot reach help on any regard during all this long due to a waiting of a paper? I am navigating my way in my store without the help center, which is not so easy when coming to coding etcetera. I tried to reach Shopify through mail for an explanation, yet they refer me to the help center and its not even google-ble for me since Shopify already track my computer use as to one of their client. Any solutions here? I am not pleased to not reach help in totally different matters than the current query of presenting a company name on a paper.
