Shopify just put a hold on my account & my customers can't checkout via shopify payments. How long does this process usually take. I get that there is a lot of tickets and all, but there is more than $70,000 on hold. Bills don't wait for no one. How can you possibly be mitigating risk by holding this amount with no explanation or an email. I also want to state that I am no newbie to shopify at all. I have had a store with more than 50,000+ ordres and a chargeback rate of below .06%. This has been uncalled for and just a headache. Please protect business instead of hindering them like this shopify

With that being said, you can get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center
