Unbelievably bad support. Every "live" chat agent i've talked to has said shopify would provide a credit to a new account. The problem? Billing has to do it and billing never responds to tickets. My last ticket was open over a week with no response until it closed automatically because shopify never responded!
So i've taken the matter up with my credit card company.
Be careful! Fight it out with Shopify. If you do a charge back with your credit card company, Shopify would disable your account. Unfortunately, that's in their terms. I would keep trying. Good luck!
Thanks for the heads up RENE about the chargeback and cancelling the account. I've cancelled the dispute.
