Hi
We are working with the Shopify Inbox app and added a few extra instant answers in german. When we switch our website to english the given question "track my order" will be translated automatically from german to english but the from us added questions will stay in german.
How can we translate the questions to english so when we switch the website the questions will be in english?

At this time, Shopify Inbox is unable to translate any messages (such as FAQs, automated, or quick reply messages) created and set by a merchant. Inbox is able to automatically translate messages that exist within Inbox by default, but it cannot automatically translate messages that are not by default offered by Inbox.
We have received some feedback around this limitation, and I'm happy to pass along your post here as some additional feedback to our Inbox Team for their consideration. I can't promise what the outcome of sharing this information with them will be, but you can rest assured that the appropriate folks at Shopify will be seeing this information. Thanks!
