Shopify incoming orders have " sra_identifiers " under notes

We have been experiencing an ongoing issue, and I am hoping that someone can guide me on how to fix it.

All of my incoming orders are coming with "Additional details:"

it generally looks like this:

and it merges to shipstation like it was a clients :notes:

 

can someone help?
