Shopify IP address and my own country is different

Hi there. I just built a Shopify store (Clothing) from my current living country (Kuwait). Though my mother country is Sri Lanka and my target customer base country is also Sri Lanka,.

My question no. 1 is, is that ok to handle all Shopify things from my current resident country (Kuwait)?

My question no. 2 is, I'm planning to register the business name in Sri Lanka for my cousin in order to get payment gateways from Sri Lanka to add to Shopify. Is there any issue to do so?
