Shopify is a scam

I placed an order from a store on the Shopify platform on 2/24 and the store has completely disappeared. I did not get my item and I cannot even contact Shopify about it because the url they want DOESNT WORK BECAUSE THE STORE DISAPPEARED. Seems like Shopify is taking money from scammers so they can use what everyone assumes is a legitimate platform in order to rob customers with fake products that don’t exist.

Exactly the same happened to me. It was garden furniture via as advert that I saw on Facebook. So disappointing and nowhere to go to resolve. I will never make the same mistake again.
