Shopify is BROKEN

When do you actually plan to fix this? I'm paying for this monthly, expensive theme, and apps! It's not working at all, I love wordpress and hate shopify. Wordpress is super responsible (not responsive), it works, where I click, where I go. Now I go to shopify, I want to add section and this poor thing cannot even open it. Just waiting and waiting till someone fix it, yet no one there, and no, it's not theme issue. Already paid like 2K for this nonsense!

@sonify199 hey! You should try to click Add section on the left side menu, it should help.

No it doesn't help because I want to make it work that way. Left panel is confusing and I can't get used to it even after 2 months.
