SHOPIFY IS NOT REACHING OUT TO ME

I’ve tried contacting the people here at shopify and no one has been able to help me at all. So let me begin. I failed to pay my shopifys monthly subscription (yes my fault) and one day I try checking on my store and it’s absolutely GONE. The only thing it brings me to is the “We’ll be back soon” screen. So I try contacting shopify support because I said listen, I just want to pay this bill and have my store running again. Super super simple. I then receive a message back from someone named “Chase” saying that “This email is to inform you that after reviewing your information and website we believe your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify. I know this is not ideal, however we won't be able to help with your business. At this time since Shopify has been deemed not a good fit for your business you will need to research other e-commerce platforms to find one that will be suitable. Regrettably we are not able to make recommendations to merchants. Please note that for security and privacy reasons we are unable to divulge the results of our reviews and investigations. Once an account has been declined the decision is final.” My account & store has been in good standing with Shopify and nothing ever like this has happened to me before. I think it’s so unfair because on every other store of mine they’ve let me pay the billing to “Re activate” the store. This is completely unacceptable and inexcusable. Can someone help me?

That kind of reply sounds like they reviewed the items for sale on your site and it might have been against the Shopify AUP. That or some sort of flag came up around your account.
