Shopify Terminated our account on 7 March. There was no issue in our store, also have $1500+ sales. They have no reason to terminate. And their support is like a ai chat, the human advisors also talk like AI, they tells you the same thing everyday. Already contacted them 100+ times. No solutions. My business is totally off for this reason. I am loosing my money day by day. People are asking refunds and other things. If they can't handle our problems in time, how we would grow our business. I have 1500+$ in my balance account. They are all stuck. Also my business is over for them. I need an urgent solution from shopify. I am in loss. The amount is about $10000. Please resolve this issue or give me my money back.
