Shopify blocked my store last week, saying that I violated the AUP rules and asked me to provide a lot of my information and verification information. I actively responded to its requirements and gave more proofs, but it has been a week and it has not responded, and my store has not made any movement.

I also have Google ads and Facebook ads to assist in promotion. During the ban period, there was no movement. I don’t know who to ask for the losses during this period. And I sent a lot of messages but no one responded. The phone call can only be a plus member. This is the biggest scam. I just want it to give me a day. I will log in to the backend to download my data and then escape from Shopify as soon as possible. This is a hateful service provider with overbearing terms. We have no say.

Did they say which AUP rule you broke?

no. They didn't give any warning, just said it violated AUP, and then blocked my store. Here is the original text

In 2020, we sold cycling clothes, and now we sell electric bicycles and accessories. We have brand authorization, CE certificate, and our own brand mark and other materials.
