Shopify is the worst platform, a scam they have canceled my account steal/retain my money + 4 months

Hi,

I do not understand by what right you are withholding the money from my sale and now you are responding to me that you will transfer the balance until June 15, it is unheard of, that's theft by Shopify
1. Where does it say that you can retain the money for 4 months in the terms and conditions when you cancel an account?
2. On what legal basis do you have the abusive right to retain sales money for more than 4 months?
3. I immediately request payouts of my available funds!

This sucks. My funds are also on hold from a customer's purchase and my website is newly transferred from WooCommerce. I never had this issue with WooCommerce and may disable my account and/or Shop Pay because of this. SMH. I hope the issue is resolved quickly.

So bad, the people who answer the chat are friendly but they are not able to provide a solution and they only escalate the cases, Shopify is a nightmare!
