so a couple a months ago i discoverd that i was getting billed twice a month by shopify, so obviosly i tried to find the account getting billed to no avail, i the tried to reach out to support. the support procces is the most frustrating thing i have had to endure in my entire life after many days of researching how to get in contact with a human i finally succeded but once again i would run into problems. So i explained to the support my issue and they asked me to send over some bank details wich i did they basiclly told me that the card number wasnt aligned with the card number that was being billed wich is sooo wrong since i only own one card i then continued contacting support but they kept ignoring me and now when i contact them it says that the support ticket has been cancelled. once again i tried to reach out to ur support but now its impossible because whe i get the link to enter the queue it doseant work som im on my knees for someone to help!
