Shopify keeps billing me even though I pay a yearly plan

Hi, Since November 2023 I started to use Shopify. I went for a yearly plan of the Basic to not have monthly charges. But I keep receiving monthly charges to my Paypal account without any explanation every month. Why is this happening?

Hi @hanarose Mostly these charges would be related to any paid third party Shopify app that you are using on your store, can you please check that at your end.
