Shopify legal team threatening to take down my store and live chat won’t work. need help

I received an email from “Shopify legal team“ stating that I was violating terms of service, and that my store will be shut down. I’ve tried to reach out on live chat support, but it seems to be down. When I type in a question, it just disappears and the contact support button doesn’t work, how do I reach someone? Is this email legit or a scam?
