Shopify mailing address to send legal documentation

Shopify has been unhelpful in resolving financial payouts/disputes with customer's banks.  They refuse to talk on the phone and the main way to communicate is via their chat support. All their chat agents are trained to  absolve Shopify of any blame or responsibility.

We, as a Shopify merchant want to send a formal notice to Shopify but have been unable to find a mailing address to issue to their legal department. 

Does anyone have a mailing address for Shopify's legal department, preferably in Quebec Canada.
