Hello, I'm planning to sell health monitoring devices but on the Shopify Shop Channel, I believe someone from Shopify has mislabeled them as medical devices and disallowed them on the channel.
I have been unable to connect with anyone at Shopify to discuss this issue. Any recommendation as to how I can dispute this finding?
