This has never happened before Ive had this store for about 3mo, I assume
the more apps you have attached to your store the more likely it is to be
deactivated. I was able to access it from my iphone and Make the payment
and I it’s back up and running. So advice to you would be have an separate
account for Shopify payment and make sure funds are always available.

@ujay

Thanks for posting your concern here surrounding making sure your store remains active. We have a great help article on ensuring that your store complies with Shopify's policies that I recommend going through. I'll also share the page of our listed legal policies to learn more. There is a great "this means" section within the policies that helps explain them further.

If you are uncertain if your store is following our policies, we recommend reaching out to a legal expert to get some advice as we do not provide any legal advice. Thanks for the follow up questions!

@hometownZ

Sorry to hear you've been having troubles accessing your store; I can understand the frustration this would cause. I'm glad to hear that you've updated this topic, and that you now have access to your store again, is this correct?

As it sounds like perhaps this was an issue with an outstanding bill, when your billing cycle renews it's important to make sure that your payment method is up to date and has funds available as you mentioned. Thanks for passing this advice on to others as well. You can view your upcoming bills under Settings > Billing in your Shopify admin.

Just so you know, our subscription billing cycles occur every 30 days from the first day you paid for a plan, unless you have upgraded to an annual, biannual, or triennial plan. Bills are issued using the UTC time zone. We also have a billing FAQ page with more information.

Let us know if you have any further questions!
