Shopify not working when using certain wifi network, but ok when using mobile data

Hi all,

My is admin,Shopify not working error page 500 or blank page when using certain wifi network, but its ok when using mobile data and some other wifi network. This only happens to me, ok with my collegue, contacted shopify got the normal reply clear cache and etc.. any way i could bypass this thanks.
