A while ago we authenticated our email and added DMARC record, since then instead of getting notified in our inbox of a new order it appears in the sent folder. Before the 'from' will include 'info@domain.com via shopifyemail.com' but now the 'to' and 'from' are the same email address as 'info@domain.com'
I just got the same problem after migrating our email to Google Workspace. We're getting the email directly in the inbox and a copy in sent items. A solution would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your reply, I tried but why have you made it nearly impossible to get through to a human being? The chat bot keeps referring me to a page for reporting fraudulent orders which is obviously not what I want. It's an endless loop. How do I connect to an actual person?

Simply log into your account on the Shopify Help Center, and let the automated chat know that you're having issues with DMARC. From there, you should see an option to Chat with an advisor. Here's a screenshot that can help you with that:
