Shopify page warning after new domain

Hi. I purchased a domain name and when I added it to my page instead of the Shopify link people were saying it was coming up webpage warning. Now all this computer park is newish to me. So I swapped so it redirected when the domain name was put in to Shopify. Now I have just signed to Fasthosts to sort my SEO etc as I don’t understand nothing, and concerned now that things may not work as good as it’s showing my Shopify link not my paid domain name. Sorry if I don’t make much sense I’m really trying hard lol. 

is there a way that I can have my stickerbloke.com without the redirect and it not flag up as the site being unsafe ??

This is a great question, and I am pretty sure I understand the issue you are trying to fix. 

You want your primary domain (the one customers will see) to be: www.stickerbloke.com

Right now, the domain is redirecting to b31b33.myshopify.com because there was a security error with your primary domain.

Security errors are usually caused when a domain's SSL (security) certificate is still being setup. When you first setup a new domain it can take up to 48 hours for the domain to finish propagating. If you are still seeing security errors after 48 hours, then it usually means that your domain's DNS settings are incorrect. 

From what I can see now, the domain www.stickerbloke.com has a security certificate and you should be good to use it as your primary domain again. 

If you are still having issues with the security for the domain, please let me know.

Could be that your SSL needs to be verified still, did you buy the domain through Shopify or a hostingprovider?

But can only be sure if I see the error screen!

Hi Shay! I have a similar problem. I purchased the domain through Shopify and set it as the primary domain. I believe I followed all the right steps, however, it's been 5 days and the SSL is still pending. My domain is learningcradle.shop . What do I need to do, if anything? Thank you. Corina
