I tried to update my information for Shopify Payments, including utility bills and my passport. After reaching the maximum number of attempts, my account was blocked, and I was instructed to contact support. Since February 21, I’ve reached out to support multiple times, and they escalated my request to the Shopify Payments team. However, I haven’t received any response from them, and my shop is completely blocked.
I have no idea how long it will take for my account to be reviewed so I can submit the correct documents and use the Shopify Payments option. Does anyone have experience with resolving this issue or any advice on how to handle it?
