I really need assistance in this. Shopify deducted the money for my subscription but they are not opening my account keep saying payment declined.
I called the bank and thwy said it was paid. I tried the shopify support but it's not helping.
Now my online store is not working because am waiting for the payment and everyday thwy are deducting the small fee for bouncing. What can I do. How can I raise this issue and be solve because I can't pay twice. The money already is paid and it's stressing me. Even if I think of canceling shopify and find a now way of doing online business I will still pay for closing it without payment.
Please community assist if you can. The bank said maybe it hasn't cleared at shopify because I could see on my app but it has been 2 weeks
