Good morning, everyone. I was blocked a lot of money (over 100k) for 120 days to cover any chargebacks. Today the 120 days have passed and I have not received any email regarding the promised payment from Shopify Payments after 120 days.
I have read many negative stories of people not receiving the funds. Can anyone tell me if after the 120 days or more they were able to resolve? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience here. I recommend connecting with our live chat support team to ask for an update on this matter. Generally speaking, once the hold is lifted it can take 5-7 business days for any pending payouts to be processed and deposited. Our Trust and Safety team will be the only ones that have access to this information for you though.

Hello Shay I’m really in a Jam right now please I am asking for your assistance my account closed down last year November I was told to wait a 120 days for the funds to be released which I did last Friday march 29 the 120 days past and I have still not revived my money and please do not tell me to contact support over the past week I have spoken with like a hundred different agent 2 of them assured me that I will get my money this week and the others can’t help at this point I am really frustrated I even sent my updated banking information a week before the 120 days expired so that I can get my money without an issue I even received an email two week ago that I will get my money in a few business days and still I cannot get my money please I am asking you if you can get help me I really would appreciate it I am broke -0 I need my money the ticket # 46258211 I also replied to the email I got stating that I will get my money and I haven't received a respond

We're not able to provide account support via the Community here for security reasons, but it sounds as though you've already been able to reach out to the team for support.
You'll get an update by way of a reply to your existing ticket number in due course, so just keep an eye out for that reply and you can take it from there.

This is just sad
I’m literally going through the same exact issue today makes a little over 125 days I’ve updated my banking information still no deposit even when I was told I will be getting my money April 17th!!! And all I see is negative post about getting your money back I’m losing hope!

We can definitely appreciate how frustrating this situation is. Please keep in mind, that while the payment is released after 120 days, that is not the deposit date. Your funds ares simply released for processing on the date of release, at which point it will be deposited after standard processing times.
