Shopify support hasn’t been responding to my issue at all, it’s been 4 days and no answer. It was also escalated since my problem was to just reset my Shopify payments settings completely so I can set it up from the very beginning from saying legal name to other information and that’s it just to reset Shopify payments verification entirely because I put in the wrong legal name and wrong information, escalated status said they will respond as soon as possible from 24 hours to 72 hours. It’s been way longer than that so please help.
