Hello,
My brother and I have had our new shopify account shut down because they couldn't verify shopify payments. However, it wasn't just shopify payments, it was the whole entire store went down. We have contacted support and have not heard anything back for a month. They keep telling us in live chat they are working on it but its been a month. Any ideas?

Thanks for the response! I haven't been able to get through on live chat to anyone but my brother has. I am just hold up in line for hours with no response when it says it will take 5 minutes or so. Could you walk me through exactly what to do to escalate this? Is there an email or phone number? How would I contact shopify through social media? We have not gotten any email from shopify since it was taken down.

Will do. Does it matter what shopify store/account you email them from? Since our new store got shut down we can email from any other of our stores? We have our reference number/ticket.
