All things Shopify and commerce
I have been attempting to set up payment processing in Ukraine for several months. During this time, I have reached out to Shopify multiple times and have consistently received misleading and incorrect information. Despite reviewing numerous recommendations from Shopify, which advise businesses in Ukraine to use their approved payment options, none of these solutions are compatible with local Ukrainian merchants or businesses.
As a result, Ukrainian businesses are left with no viable option other than third-party application redirects, which unfortunately lead to a significant drop in cart conversions. Additionally, the Shopify support team repeatedly suggests Ayden Payments as a solution, despite the fact that Ayden does not accept Ukrainian businesses.
Upon further investigation of various discussions within the Shopify community, it becomes evident that Shopify continues to recommend their approved list of payment options. However, once again, none of these options are actually available for Ukrainian businesses.
Hi @mivanets
Yes, all countries that does not have the Shopify payments yet will need to use third party payment providers in order for their Shopify account to be used. Though, Shopify keeps on expanding so, supported countries for Shopify payments will be increased.
Yep, I can confirm that.
I can not find anything solution as well.
