All things Shopify and commerce
This is the kind of absolute madness that I am not able to put down the appropriate words to describe. It's almost three weeks now that Shopify has been sitting on my money, over $11,000 and all the useless agents I have chatted to have been giving me the runaround. I feel like we have gone past the level of civility and I must now speak of the agents as the tremendously useless entities they are.
They keep telling me the Shopify Payment team is working on it. They claim they have escalated it, yet there's nothing done about it. How can you hold $11,000 for three weeks and not even a word? If the Shopify Payment team is overwhelmed, can't they simply hire more people? Do I have to suffer for your lack of capacity?
I have been issuing refunds to my customers, not because I am out of stock but because Shopify have decided to be imbeciles! I have now received four chargebacks for no fault of mine. What sort of madness and mad house is this platform????
How do you sit on $11K in Q4????? I'm supposed to be hitting the right numbers and reaching my financial goals but Shopify have decided to be thoughtless simpletons.
And how come they don't have a telephone number? How do you control people's money but don't have a customer care line? Is that even good practice?
Please who else has a suggestions on how I can go about it? Maybe even an alternative. I'll appreciate every assistance I can get.
