I open my store in March, I activate Shopify payments and they close my account, I send the documents and two weeks later they open the store again but without being able to use Shopify Payments, they keep checking, the months go by, at the end of June I ask why Shopify payments is still under review, they tell me to be patient and then, last week, they sent me an email that they have enabled it again to receive payments. Now that I receive two payments, they are pending without being processed. I already contacted assistance and nothing, they keep checking and I have to be patient...... incredible to work this way, I don't know what to do anymore.

It's important to note that we're unable to provide account-specific support as we're unable to access merchant accounts on the Shopify Community.
