Our client, who utilizes Shopify payments, has encountered an issue. We successfully subscribed to the refunds/created topic and are receiving the Shopify refund status as pending. However, we are not receiving any updates when the refund status changes from pending to completed or rejected.
Our questions are as follows:
Could you please inform us which topic we should subscribe to in order to receive updates when the refund status changes? Additionally, is there any documentation available regarding this topic?
To reproduce this scenario in development stores, what steps should we take?
When the merchant activate the option "refunds" in Shopify only applies with the Shopify payments. If you wanna update the status transaction in de order, you need to do it manually in ePayco's plataform and after that in the order inside Shopify platform.
