Shopify payments service is borderline criminal! Customers who use this service READ MY POST!

Im going to use this platform to let all the people out there using Shopify Payments know how inappropriate and damaging the support is! My payout from Shopify has been held from me for 103 DAYS! my account was frozen for review and I've sent in the requested info 6 TIMES! Here's some fun stats for everyone to see:

1. Payout Held- 103 Days
2. emails received from support requesting info- 6
3. emails received from support requesting info that's worded the exact same- 6
4. responses from me that contained the info requested- 8
5. responses to my emails containing the info they wanted- 0
6. times I've contacted online support- 19
7. solutions I've been presented when contacting online support- 0

Ive had to change payment platforms and risk my business bc of this foolishness. I will use any and all platforms I can find until I'm made whole. IF I'm made whole, I will post an update. But until that happens, I'm going to make sure everyone knows what I've been going through! Shopify should be ashamed of themselves. This type of carelessness and lack of support is damaging to small businesses.
