Hi all. What could be the problem? I started the process of activating Shopify Payments, entered the necessary information, the only thing I forgot to include was a photo with the documents. I’m trying to activate two-factor authentication, I linked it to my phone, entered the code, everything seems to be successful, but as soon as I finish this process, on the Activation Stages page, two-factor authentication is not activated. Actually, because of this, I cannot enter my IBAN to receive funds. What to do?
