Hi! We had some back and forth regarding our payment with Shopfy, no big deal, all good.
BUT: the remaining three withdrawals to our new bank failed (" rejected" !?). We tried to change our bank account, which seems to be incorrect.
We opened a ticket. And then... nothing happened for more than a week! No contact, no mail, no idea or clarification of what's going on. A second ticket was closed ("the payment team will look into it and get back to you").
So, any ideas or anything? Nobody at Shopify seems to care and we are waiting for our money. Not funny!
