I connected my tiktok shop to my shopify account without any issues or errors. But its been hours and my Shopify products are not syncing. I keep getting this...
After a while when i went to check and clicked on Tiktok in sales channels, now i am getting internal error and it doesnt load it correctly...
What am i doing wrong? or does it take days to sync. I have 2 products and they both have variants. I have tried to clear cache, history all, but still no results. TikTok support was of

Got a bit farther when I moved over to Safari, but then errored out on "internal error" again.
I met the same problem and TT did not help me at all! I already turned to third-party apps and used eBooster for TikTok Shop. Quick response and smooth sync that I never experienced in TT. I have no idea why they never answered my questions!!
