Hello, I used Shopify about two years ago. A few days ago I tried to log into my account to issue receipts to a customer, but I was unable to do so. I spoke to the clearing company and they told me they don't have any receipts there. Is there anyway that I could get temporary access to the account just to issue the receipts? i need that immediately. thank you guys
