I am trying to connect a domain, it seems to be already added on someone else's shopify account, where the user did not pay their bills. It says

.com couldn't be connected because the store is frozen.

So after I did a research a bit, it is clear that this domain was added by someone else and got their store frozen due to not paying their bills. So because of it, I can not add that domain which I bought a few days ago for shopify.  The instructions that was provided by Shopify does not even work, outdated instructions. Such a joke.

Shopify is refusing to solve this issue, it is like moving into a house and not able to get power, because previous tenant did not pay their bills.

Non sense.

I was always wondering why would anyone use any script other than Shopify, now it makes sense.
Such a shame.

There must be some kind of mix somewhere when purchasing the domain, can you share me some details on how you purchase the domain that maybe i may  find a solution to the problem

I purchased the domain on namecheap.com, and despite following the instruction for domain verification that is provided by Shopify, it still does not work. The troubleshooting process is glitchy and not working properly in Shopify's side. All they need to do is a few click and remove the domain name from the frozen store, but they do not want to do it. This process would take probably 10-15 seconds by someone who has a common sense.
