Shopify removed our website for an unlicensed theme - how long will it take to come back online?

Hi, our shopify website was taken down this morning with little to no warning from shopify as apparently our theme was unlicensed. I responded to the email immediately and repurchased the theme as I was unaware it was unlicensed. How long does it normally take shopify trust & legal to get back to you and have our store back online? Support are unable to help me.

If you have purchased the theme and responded directly to the email that you received, then you will want to wait on our reply. While I can understand the urgency, we wouldn't be able to provide a time frame on when you can expect to receive a reply. Rest assured, our Trust & Safety team works as quickly as possible to review and follow up on situations like these.
