Shopify risk tram and customer service NEVER REPLY

i just create my new shopify account and set up my shopify payment in the same day,then within one hour my account is block because of AUP, then i contact the live chat at once, they told me they already send the ticket to the risk team, 7 days now, no reply

and i receive the email said that i need to upload some document, i send it in the same day, but still not any respond yet, i really wanna know why shopify risk team working so slowly
