So I need help but Shopify support is proving impossible to reach. Its the usual loop of selecting the Chat option, being taken to select my website, then we're back to the main support page. There are tons of posts about it here already and Shopify has done nothing about it.
I'd like to make clear that as a paying customer, this bs is not going to fly with me and I will be lodging an official complaint against Shopify as well as demanding my money back. And dont bother asking for more details/screenshots, just look at the host of identical complaints going back years that Shopify support absolutely failed to address.
