Shopify sales tax csv conversion Tool NEEDED! Who has one?

Has anybody found a tool that converts the Shopify Sales tax csv report to match the template required to upload a spreadsheet when filing a tax return for a given state.

For example Minnesota allows you to upload a csv file as long as it matches up with the template that they provide.

A shopify sales tax csv conversion to specific state template tool would be a GAME CHANGER! I could file sales tax returns in like 10 min!

Our company works helps Shopify merchants with their sales tax filings.  I don't have this solution, but I have been looking for ideas for little free apps to release to help drum up customer interest and this caught my attention as an idea.  I'd certainly be interested in giving it a try to see if it's something that could be done.  Shoot me an email if you are interested in exploring this further.
