This is the second time a customer has received shipment tracking emails every minute. We have not yet been able to solve the problem. Our emergency solution so far has been to replace the customer's email address with one of our email addresses so that the customer is not spammed permanently.
Our Shopify shop has an internal server error, which means that an attempt is made to save the delivery note every time a comparison is made.
call does not go through and the synchronisation is aborted due to this error.

We have a connector (JTL-Connector APP). I have already phoned and written to JTL support and I have also written to Shopify support. JTL support says the problem is 100% with Shopify and Shopify says the problem is with JTL. However, due to the internal server error on Shopify's side, I am sure that the problem is on Shopify's side.
Now the question is what can be done about it.
