Shopify Shipping Labels Not Working 10/30 - Nothing Loads

Hello,

 

When I click "Create Shipping Label" from the order page in single mode or bulk the page that loads has no content just a blank page that says "Create shipping labels" but nothing in the center of the page loads no data. 

 

Anyone else?

Thanks for letting us know. Our developers have resolved the issue, so you should be able to purchase shipping labels without issue.

Your UPS shipping details need to be reset because you haven't purchased UPS labels through Shopify in several months. To reset your information and buy labels, contact Shopify Support.

Then I go to support and they have a new "Virtual assistant" and it doesn't load either

We're seeing the same message. Still can't buy labels.

Just want to mention that this past week, we have had issues with shipping labels. Mostly with page not loading and just spinning. We have to try to create labels on phone app. Close web page, reopen, try another browser. We are spending an inordinate amount of time on this issue.

I just tried again, create label page loaded but it won't populate with created label. It errors out. I have this message now which is insane: I buy UPS labels every day for 4 years now...

 

"Your UPS shipping details need to be reset because you haven't purchased UPS labels through Shopify in several months. To reset your information and buy labels, contact Shopify Support._

Thank you. We are still unable to purchase shipping labels. We shipping almost 100% with UPS every day for several years now. We are not able to buy labels. We have experienced issues with labels for days now. It is taking up a lot of time and causing us to run behind on our shipping. We appreciate your help with this issue. Thank you so much.

I was able to buy a UPS shipping label after I posted the above reply. I am packing another order now so hopefully will be able to buy labels. Thank you so much for your help Shopfiy. We appreciate you.

Me too.  

Labels not displaying after bought, so have nothing to print.

 

Started suddenly yesterday - never had this issue in last 5 years with Shopify.

Hopefully Shopify can fix this glitch sometime soon 🤞

While we identified an issue affecting some label purchases recently, this has now been resolved and should be working-as-intended.

 

If you're still having any sort of issue like this try clearing your browser cache as outlined here.
