Shopify Shop/balance and cart all on hold for over a week now no customer service all appear to be A

Shopify seems to be having serious issues with shop pay. My stores checkout and shop balance/pay have all been on hold for 7 days now. As a store that does 60k Every 3 months this is unacceptable. Moving to WIX. Several "advisors" contacted, pretty sure they are all AI Bots and not real people. That being said shopify has no actual real support for its sellers. Period. How did it get this far this way?
