Shopify still charging for inactive account 3rd party app

I started a shopify store through a 3rd party app Auto DS. I deactivated my auto DS/shopify store, but shopify is still charging me. I contacted auto ds and they stated everything is inactive and to reach out to shopify. The chat support does not help me get to a contact support. I need this resolved asap.

You can verify the status of your Shopify account in the settings option. You will find a tab called "Store" under the settings option. If the store shows "paused" instead of "closed" then Shopify will keep charging you. Check your billing page. If you see Auto Ds is connected with the store, you must remove them as soon s possible.
