Hello!
I am new to Shopify and I wanted to ask what shop owners are using for customer engagement? I've read a lot about adding gamification to stores and was wondering if any one has tried it, if it actually works, and what some of the pros and cons were? Also was wondering if there were any other trends that people were using to keep customers engaged?
