Shopify store is locked

Locked out of my shopify store since a week. I'm entering the correct password, then prompted for 2 way authentication. I am entering the correct authentications code but it doesn't work. 

Also I have recovery codes, I used 3 earlier and they were successful but now, the remaining are not working.

I've raised the complaint doing follow ups continuously but shopify customer service doesn't seem to care. It's very urgent.
