Hello everyone.
For last 5 days my shopify store is unavailable. At friday, 5 days ago it happened.
I asked for help from shopify help center and they said that I will get email which will describe what happened.
At monday I received it and in email, it says that I need to show some documents. I gave all needed documents 3 days ago and nothing changed. My store is still not working. Multiple times I asked for a help from shopify help center and everytime I've seen same message - everything will be fixed asap, but I don't see any progress.
Does anyone had same situation and how to solve it? Because I switched from another platform to Shopify and because of this right now my business is kinda frozen. Any help will be appreciated.

They will review these documents and get back to you as soon as this is done. I appreciate that the wait can be frustrating but it can take a few days for this review to be completed, and we will be sure to inform you with an update as soon as we have one.
